Diagnose computer for hardware and or software problems. This fee will be waived if work is authorized.

System Restore

Restore system to factory default condition using customer supplied CD's/DVD's or useable restore partition on PC's hard drive. Install Windows updates and secure OS for use with free AV and Malware protection.

System Reload

Reload Operating system from a Windows installation disk either customer or Computer Guy supplied disk. Install hardware dirvers, Windows updates, secure OS with free AV and malware protection.

Virus / Spyware / Malware Removal

Remove viruses, spyware and or malware. Install Windows updates, make sure AV is installed & updated or replace with Free AV and malware software.
